Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Flota (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service does

Flota lets you connect your own social media accounts and use the app to compose, schedule, and publish posts to them, generate AI-assisted images/video/captions, and view basic analytics for the accounts you've connected. You are responsible for the content you post through the Service.

2. Your account

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Each connected platform (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, etc.) has its own terms of service that also apply to how you use that platform — connecting it here doesn't exempt you from those.

4. AI-generated content

Some features generate images, video, or text using third-party AI providers. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected — you're responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable law and the destination platform's rules.

5. Plans and billing

Some features require a paid plan. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Your content and connected accounts

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create through the Service. You grant us the limited right to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service (e.g., publishing it to the platform you selected). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train third-party models.

Media you upload or generate through the Service (photos, reels, videos) is hosted at a URL that is technically reachable by anyone who has that exact link, the same as any file hosted for a social post. Separately from that, whether we actively list that media in Google Images/Video search (an image/video sitemap, distinct from just being posted to the platform you chose) depends on your plan: Free-plan accounts are opted in to this by default; every paid plan is opted out by default. Either can be changed at any time in Settings → Search visibility.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and permanently delete your account and its data at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, or that abuse the Service's infrastructure or AI features.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we aren't responsible for actions taken by the third-party platforms you connect (including their own moderation, suspension, or API changes), or for consequences of content you choose to publish through the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flota is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
